Produce orders

An order is confirmed when we confirm it and payment is arranged: Mpesa or bank transfer, on or before delivery. Prices are as published on this site: one price per punnet, per product, for all channels. Every delivery comes with a KRA eTIMS tax invoice.

Delivery and perishables

We deliver to the areas we confirm when you order; responsibility for the produce passes to you on delivery. This is fresh produce picked the same morning: check it on arrival, and tell us the same day if something is not right. We will replace it on the next delivery or refund it, your choice.

Trade accounts

Volume pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules for trade buyers are quoted privately in response to an enquiry and confirmed in writing. Published retail prices do not constitute a trade offer.

Application licence

The QuickBooks↔eTIMS bridge available under this domain at /app is provided for connected partners under a personal, non-transferable licence. It is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind to the extent Kenyan law allows, and its handling of QuickBooks data is described in section B of the privacy policy. Either side can end the licence at any time by disconnecting. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; Trimalu Farms is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
