Greenhouse strawberries

Our strawberries grow in vertical towers in the Karen greenhouse. We pick them ripe and pack them by hand on the morning of delivery.

We grow white button mushrooms in a separate grow room with controlled humidity. They are picked with firm, closed caps, brushed clean and packed dry.
